Cooking Performance
The product has a compact form factor, with dimensions of 39” x 17.8” x 34”. It has a silver chest-type case, with heavy-duty handles attached to either half of the case. It comes with a side tray and 4 black steel tubes for the legs. When fully assembled, there is no need for an extra table. You can put some food and condiments on the side tray. The legs elevate the grill to an average above-the-waste level, for comfort while cooking.
Porta-Chef S operates with liquid propane. With its tubular stainless steel burner, this can generate 12,000 BTUs of heat. That is an excellent performance for a small, stand-alone grill. The cooking grid is coated with porcelain enamel. This guarantees excellent heat distribution. You do not have to worry about your steak having cold or uncooked spots. Portability

Setting up the legs can be a bit of a hassle, especially when you are outdoors and you don’t have a table for mounting. The high-grade, stainless steel legs are four separate tubes, which must be inserted to sockets beneath the grill’s body. Nevertheless, this is just a minor issue. The Broil King Gas Barbecues grill can still operate without the legs.
